Data Archiving Policy

With the Kudosity platform registering double digit growth each and every year since inception, Known Pty Ltd ("We, "Our", "Us") are required to keep a timely and stringent set of data archiving processes in place to to ensure the database is kept at a manageable size. This benefits all system users in keeping page loads and query times down to a minimum thus ensuring all clients can carry on enjoying a quality user experience. It also ensures our messaging throughput is kept up to industry best standard.

Our archiving processes are as follows:

  • Both Outbound and Inbound Messaging Activity records are only available for a period of 12 months. Records earlier than this are permanently archived on a monthly basis.

  • Billing and ledger records are only available for a period of 12 months. Records earlier than this are permanently archived. All Historical invoices are available on request.

  • Contact lists that are not used, or added to, for more than 400 days are archived. Archived contact lists are available for download and re-use via the web portal.
