Paid parental leave

We understand the importance of family and the transition into parenthood. That's why we offer paid parental leave, providing our employees with the time and support they need to bond with their new arrivals and navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood with peace of mind.

Primary Carer/Birthing Parent Leave: 12 weeks of paid leave; Secondary Carer Leave: 4 weeks of paid leave.
