Additional messages sent will be charged at 7.9c ex GST per SMS on PAYG.

Why do I need to add a credit card for a Starter plan?
We ask for a valid credit card to help prevent misuse and scams on the platform. It also ensures your SMS campaigns continue without interruption if you exceed your SMS monthly limit. You won’t be charged unless you send more than your SMS monthly limit.
What is an expired account?
An expired account is one that no longer has an active subscription or sending capability. We retain limited data (such as contact logs) for up to 12 months to support compliance, auditability, and easy reactivation. You can request access to this data or extend storage via a paid add-on.
