Building stronger businesses through connection.

The Kudosity Foundation supports people and organisations creating positive change. Its flagship Women in Business Initiative helps women-led businesses access the tools, knowledge and connections to grow.

Why the Foundation exists

Running a business takes determination, resilience and the right support. It means backing an idea, navigating uncertainty and continuing to move forward, even when the path is not always clear.

We created the Kudosity Foundation to invest in the people and communities shaping the future of Australian business. Our goal is to create more opportunities for businesses, founders and community organisations to grow, connect and make a meaningful difference.

By bringing together technology, education and purposeful partnerships, we’re helping more businesses strengthen the way they communicate, build better customer relationships and create lasting impact in the communities they serve. We believe access to the right tools, knowledge and support can make a real difference.

It is our way of giving back to the people and communities that have supported us, while helping the next generation of Australian businesses grow with confidence.

The programs behind our impact

Great communities grow through collaboration

The Kudosity Foundation partners with organisations that support women in business, leadership, technology and entrepreneurship. Community Partners promote the Women in Business Initiative and share resources, while Kudosity independently manages eligibility and program benefits.

Supporting the causes our people care about

Giving back starts with our team. Through the Kudosity Foundation Employee Donation Matching Program, we match eligible charitable donations made by employees, helping extend the impact of the organisations and causes that matter most to them. It's one small way we can support the communities we're part of.

Supporting communities through shared values

From time to time, the Kudosity Foundation supports community initiatives that reflect our values and the passions of our people. One example is our support of young Australian karting driver Hugo Childs, recognising the commitment, discipline and resilience required to compete at the highest level. These partnerships are selected by Kudosity and are not part of an open sponsorship program.

Who the initiative is open to

The Women in Business Initiative is open to eligible women-led businesses across Australia. Businesses may apply directly or may be eligible through membership of a recognised Kudosity Foundation Community Partner. All applications are independently assΩessed by Kudosity against the Foundation's published eligibility criteria.

Guided by four simple principles

Everything we do through the Kudosity Foundation is guided by four simple principles.

Build relationships

Strong businesses are built on relationships. Communication helps businesses connect with customers, communities and each other.

Share knowledge

Practical advice, shared experiences and continuous learning help businesses make better decisions and grow with confidence.

Open doors

Technology should be accessible. We believe more businesses should have access to the tools, education and support that help them succeed.

Give back

Supporting our communities is part of building a better business. We invest in initiatives that align with our values and create lasting positive impact.

Two ways to be part of the Foundation
