DJI OSMO Pocket 4 Giveaway

  1. Promoter:
    The promoter is Kudosity Pty Ltd ("Promoter") of Level 10, 60 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

  2. Promotion Period:
    The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 22 July 2026 and closes at 2:00pm AEST on 23 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").

  3. Eligibility:

    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Online Retailer Conference & Expo 2026 during the Promotion Period.

    Employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter, sponsors and exhibitors participating in the Online Retailer Conference & Expo 2026, staff of the venue, event organisers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the promotion.

    For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or any person residing in the same household as the eligible person.

  4. How to Enter:
    To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must visit the Kudosity booth or attend the Kudosity Tech Talk at the Online Retailer Conference & Expo 2026 and have their delegate event badge scanned by a Kudosity representative.

    Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of times an attendee badge is scanned. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed invalid.

  5. Prize:
    There is one (1) prize to be won.

    The prize consists of:

    One (1) DJI OSMO Pocket 4 (RRP AUD $769); and

    One (1) SD card.

    The total prize value is approximately AUD $769 plus the value of the SD card.

    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  6. Prize Draw:
    The prize draw will take place between 8.30 and 9.30am AEST on Thursday, 30 July 2026 at the Promoter's office located at Level 10, 60 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

  7. Prize Collection:

    The winner must collect the prize from the Promoter's office at Level 10, 60 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000 within fourteen (14) days of being notified.

    The prize will not be delivered or shipped.

    The winner may be required to provide proof of identity before the prize is awarded.

  8. Unclaimed Prize Draw:
    If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or fails to collect the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

    A redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at the Promoter's office.

    The redraw winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the redraw.

  9. Limitation of Use:
    By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting entrants regarding the Promoter's products and services.

    Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.

  10. General:
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.

    If this promotion cannot be conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

    By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
