Check and update your own systems

  • Identify every system or integration you manage that connects to the platform.

  • Ask your technical team or IT provider to check that each system supports TLS 1.3.

  • Update any software, libraries or settings that only support TLS 1.2.

  • Test from the actual system that connects to the platform, with TLS 1.2 disabled for the test.

  • Confirm that API requests work successfully using TLS 1.3.

Check your customers' accounts

  • Identify who manages each of your customers' API integration and API credentials, including its secret.

  • For integrations you manage, complete the same checks, updates and tests as above.

  • For integrations your customers' manage, notify them of the June 2027 migration.

  • Ask those customers to have their technical team or IT provider update and test their systems.

  • Explain, where necessary, that upgrading your system will not update their separate integration.

Follow up and confirm completion

  • Record which accounts have passed testing and which still need action.

  • Ask customer-managed accounts to confirm they have successfully tested their integration using TLS 1.3.

  • Follow up with customers who have not confirmed completion.

  • Raise any issues with our support team helpdesk@kudsoity.com before the migration.

  • Complete all checks and required updates before June 2027.

API secrets:

Customers do not need to change or share their API secret solely for this migration.

After the switch:

Systems that only support TLS 1.2 will no longer connect to the affected services after June 2027.
