You can match custom variables with the database that you want to pull information from. Common variables may include: [Product of Interest], [Last Purchase], [Account Manager] and [Local Branch]. We encourage you to combine multiple variables to form a highly personalised SMS.

How can I ensure my Contact Lists comply with data protection regulations?

While our Global Opt-out List helps manage compliance we recommend you receive explicit consent from your contacts before you send them a message. Maintain accurate records of this consent and provide easy options for contacts to opt out or update their preferences.
