What metrics are available in SMS reporting?
We provide metrics for delivery rates (delivered, pending, soft-bounces, hard-bounces), open rates, link hits and unsubscribes. These metrics help gauge the effectiveness of your SMS campaigns and understand customer engagement.
How can I access and view my SMS campaign reports?
There are two locations for your campaign reporting. When you schedule a campaign it will appear on the Overview screen under Messaging. From here you click Report to access the campaign dashboard. For your Conversational Messaging campaigns navigate to Overview under Automation, click the three dots and select View Report.
Can SMS reports be integrated with other tools?
Yes, we offer API integrations that allow you to connect SMS reports with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other business software. You can also connect directly with our APIs via Callbacks, with our API documentation available here.
What should I do if my SMS delivery rates are low?
If delivery rates are low, check for issues such as invalid phone numbers, network problems or content that may be flagged as spam. Ensuring compliance with SMS regulations and maintaining a clean contact list can also improve delivery rates. Analysing delivery reports can help identify and address these issues.
