Support

International SMS are not included in your plan’s monthly credit allowance. They are billed separately at varying country-specific rates based on carrier costs.

Rates vary based on country, message route, and whether the destination supports numeric or alphanumeric sender IDs.

You can view current rates in your account under Settings (top right) → Pricing.

How do I pay for international SMS?

To send messages outside Australia, you must maintain a pre-pay balance. This balance is separate from your included credits and renews only when manually topped up or auto-recharge is enabled.

To add a pre-pay balance:

  • Login to your account.

  • Click 'Add credit' (top right).

  • Select an amount (eg. $50, $100, $200).

  • Choose payment method and confirm.

Can I set up auto-recharge?

You can enable auto-recharge to avoid message failures due to insufficient balance.

To activate:

  • Login to your account

  • Click the User Icon (top right) → click Billing → scroll down to Billing Settings

  • Set a Re-charge threshold (eg. when balance is less than $100)

  • Select an Auto Credit Re-charge amount

  • Configure any Balance Warnings (eg. when balance is less than $200)

  • Confrim

What happens if I don’t have enough pre-pay balance?

If your pre-pay balance runs out, international messages will not be sent until the balance is restored. You'll receive an alert immediately and can retry the message once balance is topped up.
