Kudosity allows you to send SMS to clients from Lend

Kudosity is an option for users in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Set up your Kudosity account

  • Complete the trial sign up form here

  • Once your form has been submitted you’ll receive an email with a verification link.

  • If you can't see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

  • There's a link in the email to create your password.

  • Create your password and a one time code will be sent to your mobile.

  • Please make sure you complete the Kudosity account verification steps within the 30 minute expiry time.


- You only need 1 Kudosity account to support your entire Lend account.

Configure your Account Settings to send SMS

  • Navigate to the Settings tab in your account

  • Scroll down to the 'API Settings'

  • Your API Key will be configured but you will need to create your API Secret password.

  • Once you have created your API Secret password press 'Update Profile'.

Recruitment Agents own mobile numbers

Recruitment Agents can use their own mobile numbers to send SMS from JobAdder with replies going to the Recruitment Agent’s mobile number.

Recruitment Agents use a Virtual Mobile number by Burst SMS

Recruitment Agents use a Virtual Mobile number (provided by Kudosity) to send SMS from JobAdder. Replies will be received by JobAdder and the Recruitment Agent notified via email.

Can I personalise messages through Lend?

Yes. You can personalise each message with customer details using fields directly within Lend. This helps your messages feel human and relevant.
