Sydney, Australia - Kudosity has entered a strategic commercial partnership with ProQuest, one of Australia’s leading Salesforce consultancies, to strengthen the delivery, validation and adoption of Salesforce integrated messaging. The partnership formalises a collaboration that enables both organisations to support customers seeking richer communication workflows powered by Kudosity’s platform and Salesforce.
Under the agreement, ProQuest will validate and implement the Kudosity Salesforce integration across defined customer use cases, including reviewing technical architecture, assessing data flows and configuration requirements, and ensuring alignment with best practice Salesforce standards. ProQuest will also deploy the integration within its own Salesforce environment to test scenarios such as customer feedback and Net Promoter Score programs.
ProQuest becomes Kudosity’s preferred technical delivery partner for customers using the Salesforce integration. Kudosity will provide first line customer triage, while ProQuest delivers second line technical support and resolution. This combined support model ensures a reliable, scalable experience for customers integrating messaging into Salesforce environments.
The partnership includes coordinated sales and marketing activity, customer demonstrations and a joint enablement program for both teams. A commercial framework has been established for integration delivery and managed service support, including structured integration packages and a monthly managed service designed to optimise and maintain customer deployments.
